Salt doesn't just add taste... It does so much more.

It Preserves. It keeps fish and meat from rotting and going bad.

It Heals and kills germs and infections. As an example I had a terrible reaction to Cedar tree pollen and went to many doctors here in Japan for 20 years to try and get help... nothing they did worked. Then I read that just simple salt water rubbed on your eyes can kill the pollen and alleviate the issue. It Worked.

It stops cramping. Walking a lot... I would often get cramps at night... then someone said... I was lacking salt in my system... drink a salty sports drink they said. That helped... but I started just rubbing salt water on my legs and that took care of the problem.

Point Being... Salt Is A BIG DEAL. It's something we really need.

We dump all sorts of garbage into the oceans and the salt breaks it down.

The parallels are endless... and We Are The Salt Of The Earth. We make folks thirsty for the Water Of Life... The Word of God. We Cleanse With The Truth... We Preserve With His Love... We Take Folks To Salvation... To The Lord... And To His Light

Take This With A Grain Of Salt... BUT...
I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.
