Looking at an old trophy I won some years ago... I glanced above and saw a cross we have hanging on the wall. I thought of all my victories and triumphs... and it just hit me so hard... how each of my accomplishments were nothing... compared to what Christ has done.

Where my victories had been just for me... His Victory Was For All.

How Humble He Was to Leave the Halls of Heaven and take on our earthly form. To live as we lived... to suffer as we suffer... to die as we die. And He did it all so we could live and return to Heaven with Him.

My proud victories... soon to be forgotten. Compared to His Eternal Victory & Sacrifice. As the fellow said... “Oh what Fools These Mortals Be”... guess that fool has often been me.

This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

His Victory... Was For Us All
I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
