If You Live For Christ... Expect A Fight
Consider Paul... Going to Rome to present Christianity to Caesar. 1st he's imprisoned and chained. Next his ship is caught in a storm for days and almost sinks. Crashing up upon the shores of Malta he's bitten by a deadly snake and everyone thinks he'll die.
.
I can't help but imagine the Lord saying to satan... as he said about Job... Have You Considered My Servant Paul? Then the enemy is allowed to test him and fight him and almost kill him. Nevertheless... Paul Stayed Faithful. The folks on the boat were converted... the whole island of Malta got the witness... and Paul did go to Rome and DId Reach The World. Acts 28
Point Being... Don't Be A Wimpy Christian
.
Find Your Calling... Find Where You Can Be A Blessing... Then Get Radical. Give it all you've got. Make An Impact!
.
Don't be surprised though... if after you do that... the enemy will try and stop you... he'll try and bully you... intimidate you... and scare you. 1st Peter 5:8&9 Nothing terrifies the enemy more than a sincere soul... full of conviction... and On Fire for Christ. That's YOU!
.
The battle can be tough... BUT... when the going gets tough... the Tough Get Going! When it's hard... that's when we need to... Embrace Our Pain... Face Our Fears... And Rise To The Challenge! Matthew 11:12
.
If You Want All The Beauty & Wonder of The Kingdom of God... Then you're going to have to fight against the evil... the lies and the humiliation.
.
When the Mud Hits The Fan... Rejoice...
It shows you're doing something... making an impact.
You're Gaining Ground... You're Making Progress.
.
If You Never Have A Problem... and everything's always peaches and cream... WATCH OUT! That's not a good sign. "Beware when all men speak well of you." Luke 6:26
.
Bottom Line... The Fight Is Spiritual & The Struggle Is Real!

I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
Jesus, the same yesterday today and forever.
