How Do You Think Jesus's Mom Felt?
.
She's held this precious little gift from God. Fled to Egypt to protect him when Herod murdered all the babies in their town.
.
Fed Him... Watched Him grow... Loved Him!
.
Knew He could do miracles. Got Him to turn water into wine.
.
Then... she watched Him go public... healing the sick... raising the dead... bringing hope to the lost... challenging the status quo. How do you think she felt?
.
She watched Him ride into Jerusalem on a donkey to the shouts of "Hosanna; Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord"... and then a few days later she watched many of the same folks cry "Crucify Him!"
.
Finally... after they murdered Him... she held her boy in her arms and wept. How Do You Think She Felt?
.
If you are a Mom... or think about your own Mother... short of the Kingdom of God... that bond is the strongest in life... think how you would feel to hold your child in your arms when he died. Words cannot express the sorrow.

Cut To The Heart

I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
Jesus, the same yesterday today and forever.
