Our Only Hope
He never rose to lead armies... He never had a political affiliation... He was just the son of a carpenter... often on the run from those that would try and kill him.

He simply spoke the truth and exposed the hypocrisy of those who would use God as a means to gain power and enrich themselves.

He healed the sick, fed the hungry, and was light in a world full of darkness.
.
He didn't offer folks a chance to follow Him and become powerful and wealthy in this world. Instead He offered folks a chance to give up their riches and take up their cross and follow Him. A chance to die to themselves ... to help others.

That's the guy I follow... the Son of God... The Hope Of All Generations.

I Would Not Give Up My All For Anyone Else. Only His Kingdom Is Worth The Cross!

I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
