CAN YOU PICTURE IT... Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, just hours before he was going to be brutally murdered... praying & negotiating with God. “Father, if you are willing, Remove This Cup From Me... Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” Luke 22:42

He knew that that was why He was there, but He still tried to avoid the pain and horrors if possible. Needless to say... It Wasn't Possible... and sinless and without fault he was brutally murdered on the cross for you and me.

We all are there at some point... our cross... our sacrifice that looms large on the horizon. The road where we give it all up for God's Highest & Best. A career, a lifestyle... a dream that just wasn't meant for us... BUT... and this is a VERY BIG BUT... It's Worth It To Do God's Best. You never lose by putting God 1st.

Seek Ye 1st the kingdom of God and all His righteousness then all these things will be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

How wonderful it is now... that Jesus died that horrible death, took our punishment and saved us all from hell. What Perfection... What Ecstasy That Is. Jesus Rules & Reigns Every Day Knowing That. What Eternal Joy That Is. GOD KNEW BEST!

And He knows also what's best... for you & me too.
Where The Rubber Meets The Road
I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
