There were literally hundreds of prophecies written before Christ's Birth about Him. Why He would come... How He Would Come... Where He Would Be Born... What He Would Do... How He Would Live... And How He Would Die.

Most of all these glimpses of the future all centered around One Central Theme... That He Would Save Us... Rescue Us! So many and so profound were these prophecies that because of them... because of their accuracy... And Specifics... King Herod went out and murdered every baby boy under 2 years of age in the city of Bethlehem.

To this day the enemy Hates these prophecies and he makes the bible one of the most dangerous books you can carry across many borders. Giving a Bible to someone in an Islamic country can get you hung. I remember just giving a Bible tract to someone in Beijing... and the police hauling him away.

Over the years people who translated the Bible... or printed the Bible... were burnt at the stake. The examples are almost endless. Millions and Millions dieing for their belief in these Prophecies and in the Birth, Life, Death & Resurrection of Jesus.

Was Christ this horrible Murderer... was He a Terrorist... What Was His Crime?

There Was No Crime... and All He Did Was Come In Love... Live In Love... and Die For Love... To Save All Who Would Receive Him.

Bottom Line... Mankind Rebelled against God in the Garden of Eden... and this was a continuing problem from the beginning... BUT... and this Is a Really BIG BUT... There were those that would repent of their sins and rebellion. They would believe and follow the Lord in defiance of all those who rejected Him.

He came in humility to save each and every one of those sheep. They are precious... so precious that He was willing to die to save them.

I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.
