An Attitude Of Gratitude
February 9th
A Little PS...
I remember growing up... I Was SPOILED! I had everything I could want... every opportunity... every convenience. Life Was So Easy... But I Didn't Appreciate Any Of It!
.
Then years passed and I became a missionary in a poor land with poor people. I got sick... lost 100 pounds... had everything stolen from me. Wow! Now everything was precious. It was the lesson of a lifetime.
.
Later I went as a missionary to Communist China shortly after the cultural Revolution (1981). People were destitute... they had nothing... working for pennies and rice. They were desperate. All these things have taught me to be thankful. We Have So Much... God Help Us To Be Grateful!

I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
Jesus, the same yesterday today and forever.
