He could have done anything... been anything... BUT... he chose to be a simple man... born to simple parents. He didn't try and be a Worldly King... He didn't try and rake in the cash... He didn't try and use folks.

What He did do was... Serve Mankind. He healed the sick... fed the hungry... encouraged the downtrodden. He Loved Folks & Gave Them The Truth... And Finally... He Died To Save Them.

He could have been the BIG CHEESE... but instead... He hung out with tax collectors, unlearned fishermen and lots of folks with questionable backgrounds.

He made it pretty simple... Not Show... Not Dough... Not Pride... Not Power... Not Anything This World Has To Offer. Instead He Came... He Loved... and He Died To Save Us All.

That's True Greatness & That's The Sample To Follow.

Somewhere along the way... I think a lot of folks... have missed the main point. Our job is to Love & Serve.

I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
