I think one of the most beautiful examples of trust and rest is Jesus sleeping in the middle of the storm at sea. Not only was it rough... but it looked like they would sink... never-the-less Jesus slept. And... when they awoke Him, He chided them "Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith?" Matthew 8:26

So next time you hit a storm... stop... take a deep breath and trust that God knows you're trouble. Know He loves you... and Know He's Going to Care For You! So outside of His will... He Won't Let You Sink!

Matthew 8:24 - And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but He (Jesus) was asleep.

Proverbs 3:24 - When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

Psalms 3:5 - I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

Now I lay me down to sleep... I pray thee Lord my soul will keep
If I should die before I wake... I know thee Lord my soul will take.
In Jesus Name... Amen!
