But... God Sees The Heart

The Lord Says What He Means... & Means What He Says. His Word Is Sure... His Promises Are True. It’s a Wise soul that takes His Word to the Bank.
.
So many times in the Bible and in my own life as well... He made promises that seemed impossible. People laughed... people scoffed... and turned their back on Him... only to find out later that He Wasn’t Kidding. He Said it... He Meant it... He Did it.
.
How about choosing David... a little nobody shepherd, to be Israel’s greatest King. Or telling Noah there was going to be a flood. David’s family laughed... the people in Noah’s day laughed... But God Had The Last Laugh.

I remember 25 years ago, breaking and crushing my leg so severely that the doctors said I would never walk again without crutches. The promise came that He would heal me... and one year later I was climbing mountains.
.
There are 570 promises and prophecies in the Old Testament... about the 1st coming of Christ... many scoffed... still... Christ Came and Fulfilled Each One.

Which brings us to today... and a Zillion Promises about Christ’s 2nd Coming. Folks Laugh... They Spit at His Name... BUT... like every other Promise He’s made... Every Prophecy He Has Given... This Promise Too... Will Be Fulfilled.
