Quick Question... If We Get Tricked into Doing a Sin... Is It Still a Sin?
“Oh... But... It seemed ok... Everybody else was doing it. They said it was cool. I didn’t know that was wrong. Etc. Etc. Etc.” From the beginning... man has been trying to Cover Their Sins... or... pass the buck... endeavoring to seem innocent and guiltless.

Old Adam and Eve were doing great, BUT... they had this one thing they were told NOT TO DO. Along came the enemy and tricked them into doing it. Adam says... “Hey Lord... it was Eve’s fault.” Eve says... “But Lord... the snake made me do it.” Sorry folks... Excuses Don’t Tread Water... and death and exile were the result. SADLY... mankind has been trying to pull the same justification ever since. The Lord's Patient... BUT... He’s Not Stupid.

The Commandments are there for a reason. Jesus didn’t come to destroy the law... He came to fulfil the law. Real Christians should do more... much more than what the law requires. Matthew 5:17-20 Giving... Loving... Helping... Caring... Being a Sample of Christ and the Kingdom of God.

Sometimes folks are just so out of it, you’d think the Lord would just say... “FORGET THESE PEOPLE” ... BUT... The Lord is Massively Merciful. He Even Died So We Could Live! He patiently waits for us to learn and change and grow. Weeks... months... years... decades... lifetimes... waiting... giving us a chance to see... there’s a reason for those rules... those Laws... those Commandments. There’s a Plan and There’s a Purpose!

As one smart fellow said... “The definition of insanity... is trying to do the same thing over and over again... and expecting a different result.” Folks trying to justify sin... over and over again... is INSANITY! God Help Us to Wake Up! Sin Doesn’t Pay! Evil Doesn’t Pay! Disobedience Doesn’t Pay!
